The tree is a really thick application of paint the raising

from the canvas and creates a 3-D effect.

roughly 90 height by 120 width in centimeters.

Unique painting approach.

Soft light pastel color abstract with a

obvious lighting effect or light source.

This painting canvas was temporarily

stretched during painting and filming.

Unfastened and rolled to store in the studio.

Upon purchase the canvas will be hand stretched on

a premium heavy duty wood framing called stretcher bars.

Here is a photo of the weight stretcher bars used.

The picture represents a framing other than 36″ x 48″

Triptych ( three canvas sectional set)

triple canvases of  12″ by 24″

24 height by 36 width in inches

or roughly

60 high by 60 wide in centimeters

Throw splattered and drizzled painting

Each canvas is gallery wrapped with painted sides.

Picture shows panels butted together.

They may be spread apart leaving a gap

between each painting creating a illusion in which the eye will connect the segments.

The central canvas of a reddish base was brush painted.

The outer two canvases where created using a liquidized black acrylic with water.

Put into a squeeze dispenser and squirted or drizzled on to the canvases.

The bottom section has a distortion with a liquid solution.

At the top of the paintings the black was allowed to almost dry.

Using one of Theo’s jumbo custom made  palette knives the area was raked

which produce the fine dot texture.

Red lines where added to the composition. This was done

with liquidized paint in a larger bottle and extreme

centrifugal force was used.

Theo likes throwing paint. He says it is therapeutic.

The center or main point of interest was made

by drizzling on some black.  Over top of the wet black

the artist threw full strength white using a plastic bottle with a open top.

Again much force was used and the paint splattered and create a centipede effect.

At this point a palette knife carved into the wet paint and it was moved around to the artist liking.

By the way, the studio has a lot of plastic sheeting put up.

Unique original abstract painting irregular form and geometric mix

This piece of art was offered via online galleries in 2007.

We list Dapore’s  the same painting with multiple online galleries

has Theo completes his pieces. Someone  was listing this painting

one gallery  second gallery. Before the listing was complete on the third

the art was purchased. Roughly in 30 minutes time.

Maybe the timing of the listed art was right to match up with a client.

I have seen other Dapore art pieces that I felt a great paintings and would be taken in

a short time take 30 days or longer to be acquired. I feel the art and right person

need to find each other.

Other times I have opened the studio checked the e-mail and found that the same painting

was purchase by two separate galleries. The painting would go to the first e-mail notification

received.

Theo Dapore has been offering his art originals, a few in oil mostly in acrylic. For a little over

five years. In that time over 1600 original paintings have been purchased. He offers almost

exclusively originals and has made only a hand full of art prints. Those have been 10 prints or

less of each.

The approach of much  of  Theo’s work is experimental techniques.  He has offered paintings that are

composed quit differently. Though the approach from painting to painting differ. They somehow all

pull together and have a similar distinction as uniquely a Dapore painting.

Cherry blossom tree painting by Theo Dapore

Base color is brown blue with red flowers.

Smooth blending of the sky soft lighting effect

set a mellow feel for the branch of the cherry tree.

Roaming hills are overlapped by the cherry blossom.

The painting is a acrylic on  three separate canvases.

Size is 24 in height and 48 inches in width. This piece

has been purchased earlier this year.

Theo Dapore at this time offers special order work and

you may ask to commission a painting in the size and

color combination of your choice.

The canvases are fastened on the backs with painted sides

so there is no need to frame. The art is ready to hang

upon purchase.
