Shipping

At this time Studio Dapore offers free shipping within the United States. This covers any packages that are able to ship via United States postal service. Large scale paintings (30×40 inches and larger) are charged according to roughly the actual shipping cost.

Outside of America please contact the studio for a minimal shipping quote. We charge only the difference between the cost of domestic shipping. The store is setup for USA free shipping. International orders have a purchase request sent from PayPal or Google Checkout for requested paintings. Canada or Canadian orders are the number location for international orders.

Most painting are shipped promptly USPS priority mail. We hand build Styrofoam cartons which have a 100% success rate with assuring safe delivery.

Clients will receive tracking information. Most packages shipped within the Continental United States will be received in one to four business days from the date of shipping.

If you are located outside of the Continental United States please contact the studio for shipping information and cost. Note some countries have a tariff tax on imported original art.

Returns

Studio Dapore wishes to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and offers a 7 day guarantee form the delivery date. If you wish you may return within this time period for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact the Studio if you have intentions of a return. The shipping will be the buyers responsibility. The painting must arrive in good condition and be in the supplied shipping carton.
